Ross Jones |  United States

Ross Jones is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners LLC in Boston and has worked in private equity for over 25 years. Prior to joining Berkshire, he worked at Bain & Co. and in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co. He has been a director for a number of companies in consumer products, retailing, manufacturing, and business services. Ross is also a co-founder and trustee of the Imago Dei Fund, a nonprofit organization that provides grants and support for a broad range of organizations working to create a more just world. In addition to his professional career, Ross is on the Board of Visitors at Park Street Kids and Park Street School and serves as an elder at Redeemer Community Church. Ross holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

 

Andrew Mills |  United States

Andy is President of Archegos Capital Management LLC, and the Co-Chairman of the Grace & Mercy Foundation. He is the former CEO of the Thomson Financial and Professional Publishing unit of The Thomson Corporation, where he was also a member of the Board. Under his leadership the revenue for the group grew to exceed $3.5 Billion generated by over 20,000 people worldwide. In addition to being on the board of Verisk Analytics Inc., Andy is the Co-Chair of the Theology of Work Project and a Board Member of the Salvation Army for Massachusetts and Camp-Of-The-Woods in upstate New York. He is a Senior Fellow at The King’s College in New York City, where he was previously the President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is a regular traveler to Africa where he is involved in economic development activities in the West Nile region of Uganda and is co-founder and a member of the Board of the Mango Fund. He speaks frequently on Work and Faith, and is actively involved in mentoring men of all ages. Andy received his BA from Oxford University and his MBA from Harvard University.

 

George Veth |  United States

George Veth is an entrepreneur involved in founding and leading boutique consulting firms that advise Fortune 500 business on how to leverage corporate analytics and resource allocation processes to create adaptable corporations. Most recently, George founded Fusings, a professional online branding platform. Prior to creating Fusings, he was a co-founder of Palladium Group, Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President. George also co-founded Painted Word, Inc., a leading professional services firm in July 1996 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. In his earlier career, George was a co-founder and Principal at Navigator Systems and an Analyst at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo. In addition to all of these businesses, George is a published author and speaker at CPM events nationally, and is a recognized thought leader specifically in the area of strategic and driver-based planning.

 

Ted Pantone |  Uganda  

Ted has a passion to see wealth created in the developing world. He believes that sustainable poverty reduction will only be achieved when economies grow and can independently support their citizens. A native of California, Ted knows that his “neighbors” include every man, woman, and child God has created on earth.

Ted holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from The King’s College in New York City, where he was the President of the Student Body. After college, Ted spent several years managing a division of R.W. Beckett Corp., a manufacturing company in the US. He then transitioned to East Africa where he worked for Innovations for Poverty Action managing operations for a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation project in Western Kenya. Now, with the Mango Fund, he hopes to see developing economies grow rapidly through private investment in industries that will create lasting value.
